The following conditions of sale regulate the purchase of products, shipping and acceptance of purchase orders made remotely and made available via the internet, in particular on the website www.luciduci.it.

By sending the order form, you declare that you have understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and the conditions for withdrawal. Failure to fully accept such contents will result in the cancellation of the order.

To purchase the Products, you will have to complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. You will have to add the Product to the "Cart" and, after having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirmed their acceptance, you will have to enter the shipping and possible invoicing data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
You can decide whether to register on the site or continue without registration. Registering on the site allows you to save time for future orders.
Product prices may be subject to revision. You are required to check the final price of each product before submitting the relevant order form. We will receive the order form electronically and we will verify the correctness of the data relating to the order before starting the purchase order processing procedure. Acceptance of the order proposal will take place when we send you an email confirming that the order has been shipped, at which point a contract is created between the parties.
We reserve the right to ignore any incomplete or incorrect purchase orders, the solvency of which is not sufficiently guaranteed or even if the products are not available. In such cases, we will send you an email informing you that the contract is not concluded and that we have not processed the purchase order, explaining the reasons.

You will be able to pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay.
Financial information (for example, credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be transmitted in encrypted form to remote electronic payment service providers, without third parties being able to access such information in any way. For the smaller islands in Italy, Europe and non-EU countries we ask you to contact us by email info@luciduci.it, we reserve the right to give you an estimate appropriate to the volume/weight of the package.
Payment takes place only by bank transfer. The products will be shipped only after verifying that they have been credited to the company's current account. In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of transfer.
You will be asked to choose your preferred method when completing the order form. It is possible to complete the order process only if the shipment is destined for one of the countries listed in the delivery countries menu. If the country of delivery is not listed, it is not possible to complete the order process as no shipments are made to that country. We ask that you contact us to request a special shipping quote.
There may be remote or particular places to which the courier cannot ship; any limitations based on the delivery address will be communicated to the interested parties.
Only two free delivery attempts will be made by the shipper, otherwise the product will be put into storage at an extra cost of €6 and it will be your responsibility to recover it in the indicated warehouse.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.luciduci.it.
The return is subject to a fee. The reason for this choice is to encourage ethical and responsible fashion.
To withdraw from the contract you can proceed as follows:

The Right of Withdrawal, including all the terms and methods described in the previous and following paragraphs, can be correctly exercised when the following conditions are also fully satisfied:
– the Return Form must be completely completed and sent within 14 working days of receiving the products;
– the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
– returned products must be sent within 14 working days of receiving the products.

We recommend that you make a shipment that is traceable, so that you can communicate the shipping number to us.
Considering that these are underwear please be careful to return them intact and for hygienic and health protection reasons that they have not been opened after delivery.
The amounts will be refunded as soon as possible; in any case, once the correct execution of the return procedure has been verified, we undertake to activate the refund procedure within thirty (30) days from the date of arrival of the goods in the warehouse. In case of failure to comply with the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in these conditions of sale, you will not have the right to obtain a refund of the sums paid.
The refund will only be credited to the same debit/credit card

Alternatively, you can also collect the products ordered from our local unit Via Aldini 27 47521, Cesena. In this case you will not have to pay shipping costs.

Errors and limits of liability
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the absence of errors for which we cannot therefore be held responsible, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions even after an order has been submitted, or to change and/or update information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to your rights under these General Conditions and the Consumer Code. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, any right to compensation for damages or recognition of compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.
