The project ''LuciDuci'' was created to meet the needs of those looking for a ethical and comfortable underwear that fits your body.
For our production we choose exclusively organic fabrics with a reduced environmental impact.
We want you to feel comfortable every day , without discomfort, fabrics that “sting” and irritate, elastics that constrict, labels that pinch.
Let's say NO to all this to be FREE again!
Our production takes place in Italian laboratories: Emilia Romagna and Sicily, to enhance Made in Italy and local labor, understood as an artisan tradition to be preserved over time.
We are the bearers of slow fashion: timeless, durable and with natural fibers with low environmental impact. We were born as a Benefit company and have made the commitment to pursue the achievement of common well-being, operating in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way.
Underwear represents our ''second skin'', in contact with our private parts every day. That's why LuciDuci uses only fabrics of natural origin with antibacterial, hypoallergenic and breathable properties in line with the needs of your skin.
The packaging consists of an FSC certified tissue paper bag (comes from responsibly managed forests). Inside you will also find a thank you bookmark in crush paper made with kiwi waste, always FSC certified.
To ensure maximum transparency of all products LuciDuci they are registered via the Blockchain system. Thanks to this technology it is possible to trace the entire life cycle of each individual garment and thus know the origin of the fabric and production up to the finished product!
Underwear LuciDuci it is soft as silk but cruelty free: we do not use any material of animal origin and we have obtained the Animal Free Fashion certification promoted by the Anti Vivisection League (LAV), obtaining the highest VVV+ rating
La underwear represents ours ''second skin'', in contact with the private parts every day. That's why LuciDuci offers underwear with fabrics of natural origin in line with the needs of your skin:
They protect against dermatitis and skin irritation by letting it "breathe". They can be used in both summer and winter and protect from UV rays and electromagnetic fields.
Furthermore, we have carefully researched and selected fabrics with low environmental impact and cruelty free.
LuciDuci it is in fact a certified brand Animal Free Fashion, since our products are free of components of animal origin and therefore "vegan friendly".
Every detail is not left to chance!
La viscose of bambù is a revolutionary fabric that combines luxury and sustainability, offering a soft and smooth feel comparable to silk but without any negative impact on animals, making it an ideal cruelty-free choice for those looking for ethical alternatives.
In addition to being pleasant, this material has naturally antibacterial properties that prevent the proliferation of bacteria, keeping the fabric fresher and more hygienic.
This feature, together with its high breathability , allows sweat to evaporate quickly, preventing the build-up of unpleasant odors often associated with less breathable fabrics.
The viscose of bambù it is an environmentally sustainable option: our fiber in fact has the certificate Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which guarantees the absence of harmful substances in its production, thus ensuring a reduced environmental impact and greater safety in contact with the skin.
It comes from the plant of the same name and in our case it is produced following the principles of the chain of custody FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which means that the bambù used comes from responsibly managed forests, with attention to both the conservation of the natural environment and the rights of local communities.
Main characteristics:
A synergy between the strength of hemp and the softness of organic cotton , it has been carefully selected to offer maximum comfort and protection, especially to the delicate skin of children.
Hemp provides its innate thermoregulating and antibacterial properties , keeping skin cool and safe from potential irritants, while organic cotton adds a soft, breathable quality to the fabric, allowing skin to breathe naturally and preventing the onset of irritation and dermatitis.
The combination of these two materials not only ensures a strong and durable fabric , but also extremely comfortable to the touch , ensuring that the garments made are as practical as they are healthy for the skin.
Its hypoallergenic nature provides a protective barrier against allergens, while its thermoregulating properties ensure the maintenance of a stable body temperature in all weather conditions.
Maximizing the benefits of this innovative fabric is the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification which guarantees the absence of harmful substances , and the Organic Content Standard (OCS) certification (for cotton), which ensures the organic origin of the cotton fibers used.
An ethical and conscious approach to fashion, where skin health and respect for the environment go hand in hand with style and quality.
Main characteristics:
This innovative fabric was born from a collaboration with an Italian weaving company and represents the realization of a dream for us!
We have managed to combine 96% hemp fabric with a ROICA™ biodegradable elastomer that provides elasticity while maintaining comfort and a faster degradation capacity than a traditional elastomer.
It is therefore a material that combines a natural, biodegradable base with an elastic component designed to significantly reduce environmental persistence.
From a technical point of view, we can say that hemp is a completely biodegradable cellulose fibre, while traditional elastane can degrade over time, whereas ROICA™ is designed to activate accelerated degradation processes under controlled disposal conditions.
This approach allows us to maintain the performance required by underwear—elasticity, adaptability, and comfort—while reducing its impact at the end of its life.
This means:
Furthermore, hemp is one of the most sustainable natural fibers in the world:
Le internal labels of the products are made in recycled satin to guarantee absolute softness. For thelogo label, as a signature of authenticity of each garment, we have chosen to use an in fabric of bambù.
The elastic bands , although made of polyester, are carefully selected to minimize the environmental impact, while the seams are made of polyester and Oeko-Tex certified cotton-covered polyester.
The packaging is an FSC- certified tissue paper bag , and inside you'll find a thank you bookmark made from crushed kiwifruit waste, also FSC-certified.
We can't define ourselves as 100% sustainable, but we are on the right path to becoming so!
Our goal is in fact to make the brand completely “ circular ”.
Our vision as a company goes beyond simple clothing production. It embodies a passion for the authentic value of Made in Italy and a support for local craftsmanship.
We make our garments exclusively in Italy, specifically in the regions of Emilia Romagna , Sicily , and Lombardy , where the art of tailoring and textile tradition blend together in a rich and valuable cultural heritage that must be preserved.
Through the laboratories located in Cotignola and Rimini, produciI love briefs for men and women in bambù and hemp, while in Palermo, a few steps from our headquarters LuciDuci, we create t-shirts, tank tops, bralettes and clothing for the little ones.
As a benefit company we have made social and environmental responsibility our manifesto, committing ourselves to pursuing common well-being and operating with principles of sustainability and transparency.
In every garment I produciI love, there is a commitment to excellence, respect for our planet and care for the community we represent and serve.
